What a first win looks like

Three kinds of first win. Each one is one fixed price and one number to watch.

A home-services company with a crew

A price on the spot instead of "we'll call you back"

Customers pick the problem, type their ZIP and see a price range in about a minute. The office gets the request already sorted by job and urgency. Then, if the rented site is the problem, a site the owner actually owns, with advice articles that bring people to the services.

Typical first win: two weeks
A solo beauty professional

Online booking switched on

Booking was installed on her site but never turned on, so every client had to message first. Switching it on with deposits and reminders is one day of work. No new website.

Typical first win: one day
Online booking on · deposits on · reminders on
A retailer with two locations

The same deals everywhere, from one place

Four listings showed four different deals. One feed for the website, Google and the listing sites, plus a review request at the counter.

Typical first win: two weeks

Two weeks at a time.

Nothing to sign up front. Each step earns the next one.

Day 0

Free look

I go through your site the way a customer would and send you a one-page note: what is costing you customers, and what I would fix first. Free, no call required.

Day 3

Working demo

A clickable version of the fix on your phone, with sample data labelled as sample. You see it working before any money changes hands.

Day 14

First win

Live with your real data. One fixed price, agreed before I start, and a number we both watch for 30 days.

After

Partner lane

Month to month. You drop ideas, I ship about two a month, and you get a five-line update with the numbers. Stop any month.

What it costs

Fixed prices, agreed before the work. No hourly billing, no contracts.

$500 to $1,000one fixed price, live in two weeks

One improvement with your real data, measured for 30 days.

  • Exact number before I start
  • Behind a password until you say go
  • You own everything, logins included
Partner lane
$150 to $300a month, stop any month

About two ideas shipped a month, hosting and fixes included, a five-line update with the numbers.

  • You drop ideas, I ship
  • Advice articles and updates
  • A website you own when the rented one is the problem: $6,000 to $9,000

The range depends on how many people and systems the change touches, not on hours. You get the exact number before I start, and it does not move.

Rules I work by

  • Every number I show you traces to a source: your price list, a public page, a measurement. Sample numbers are labelled as sample until they are real.
  • No paid ads, ever. The work is the product: a faster site, a clearer request, a booking that is actually on.
  • You own everything I build, logins included. If your current platform is fine for your size, I say so and switch on what you already pay for.
  • Every change ships behind a password first, so you see it before your customers do.
  • Stop any month. If a change did not move a number, you will hear it from me first.
  • Plain English. Numbers over adjectives. Screenshots over promises.

Who you are talking to

I'm Tania. I'm based in Colorado and work with owners anywhere, and I build websites, booking tools and the small automations behind them. I build and run the websites and the lead bots myself, for real local businesses, so I know what an owner's Tuesday looks like and how little time it has in it.

I would rather show you than tell you, which is why the first two steps are free.

Tell me about your business.

Three lines is enough. I reply within one business day with what I would look at first.

Or email tania@firstwinco.com.
